HOTELS

There are many nearby hotels that conference visitors may use. If you're visiting Boston for the first time, you may find it enjoyable to stay in Boston or Cambridge. Boston is a relatively small town, so even if you stay in a hotel in downtown Boston, it only takes about 20 minutes to get to Tufts. In Cambridge, there are many hotels in Harvard Square and in Kendall Square (MIT).

The Boston area is expensive, but there is a wide range of hotels at various price ranges. Here are various services for finding rooms:

• A useful hotel search engine is trivago.com. (We recommend that you book with the hotel website directly, since they tend to have more flexible cancellation policies than the 3rd party sites, such as Expedia, that trivago links to.)
